RATES

 

Initial assessment (60 min) $150

Follow-up (30 min) $75

Need and frequency of follow-up sessions is dependent on reason for visit. For treatment of eating disorders, it is usual to have weekly sessions for the first couple of months. Need for future visits is continually assessed.

Due to limited availability of sessions, there is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Appointments not cancelled within this time frame are subjected to being charged the full session cost.

FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED

Forms of payment accepted include credit card, check, and cash

Payment is due at time of session

Documentation needed for filing for out-of-network benefits will be provided upon request and it is the responsibility of the client to file all claims.
